Minnewaska Hospital was a historic building in Starbuck, Minnesota, located at Wollan and Fifth Streets. It was built in 1899–1900 for Dr. C. R. Christenson and was the only hospital between Minneapolis and Fargo at the time. The hospital was added to the National Register of Historic Places in April 2001. After standing vacant for more than a decade, the building was demolished in January 2013. It was removed from the National Register in January 2019.
