Milovan Raković (born 19 February 1985) is a Serbian former professional basketball center who is 2.08 m tall. He was born in Titovo Užice and started in Partizan’s youth teams. He began his pro career with Polet Keramika (2003–04), then played for Atlas (2004–06) and Mega Ishrana (2006–07). In 2007 he joined Spartak Saint Petersburg in Russia, and in 2010 signed with Montepaschi Siena in Italy (2010–12). He spent the 2011–12 season on loan to Žalgiris Kaunas in Lithuania. In 2012 he signed with Bilbao Basket in Spain, then played for Triumph Lyubertsy (2013–14) in Russia, Türk Telekom (2014–15) in Turkey, Joventut Badalona (2016) in Spain, and Union Neuchâtel Basket (2017–18) in Switzerland.

Raković was the last pick in the 2007 NBA draft, selected 60th overall by the Dallas Mavericks and then traded to the Orlando Magic. In 2014 his rights were traded to the Chicago Bulls, and in 2018 to the Portland Trail Blazers for Noah Vonleh and cash.

Career highlights include Italian League champion and Italian Cup winner (2011) with Montepaschi Siena, Baltic League champion (2012), and LKL All-Star and LKL champion (2012) with Žalgiris Kaunas, plus LKF Cup winner (2012). He played for FR Yugoslavia/Serbia and Montenegro youth teams, winning gold at the 2001 FIBA Europe Under-16 Championship.
