Mihailo Stevanović (born 4 January 2002) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for St. Gallen. Born in Liestal, Switzerland, he is 1.85 m tall and has a Serbian father and Slovak mother.

Career highlights:
- Youth product of Basel (2009–2020).
- Signed a professional contract with Basel in January 2020 and made his first-team debut on 3 August 2020 in a 0–0 draw with Luzern.
