Thomas Hale Boggs Jr. (September 18, 1940 – September 15, 2014) was an American lawyer and lobbyist. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, the son of U.S. Representative Hale Boggs and Lindy Boggs, who also served in Congress and later became U.S. Ambassador to the Vatican. His sister Cokie Roberts was a journalist, and another sister, Barbara Boggs Sigmund, was the mayor of Princeton, New Jersey.

Boggs studied law at Georgetown University Law Center. He started practicing law in New Orleans and later moved to Washington, D.C., to work as a lawyer and lobbyist. He joined the Patton firm (James R. Patton Jr.), which is now known as Squire Patton Boggs, and he became the senior partner, known for lobbying on major issues.

A Democrat, Boggs ran for the U.S. House of Representatives in 1970 from Maryland's 8th district but was defeated by incumbent Republican Gilbert Gude.

He was married to Barbara Denechaud Boggs and had three children. Boggs died of an apparent heart attack in Chevy Chase, Maryland, on September 15, 2014, just three days before his 74th birthday. He is buried at Congressional Cemetery in Washington, D.C.
