MicroWiki is a free online encyclopedia about micronations, launched on May 27, 2005. It is run by volunteers and uses the same wiki software as other community wikis. The site is owned by the MicroWiki Foundation and is available in 14 languages; editing does not require registration. It has more than 47,000 registered users and over 210,000 pages as of August 2023. MicroWiki describes itself as the largest encyclopedia about micronations, and its content is released under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 license. The project also runs Discord forums for micronation discussions.

Some observers have argued that many listed micronations are virtual and exist mainly as listings, and that some users treat MicroWiki as a fantasy game; the administrators say this is not the intended purpose. The Cambridge University Press book Micronations and the Search for Sovereignty mentions MicroWiki as an online community for online micronations.
