Asakusabashi Station

Asakusabashi Station (浅草橋駅) is in the Asakusabashi area of Taitō, Tokyo. It is served by two operators: JR East (Chūō-Sōbu Line) and the Toei Subway (Asakusa Line). The JR part is above ground, while the Toei line is underground.

- Two side platforms with two tracks
- Platform 1: toward Akihabara and Mitaka
- Platform 2: toward Kinshichō and Chiba
- Toei Subway – Asakusa Line (station code A-16)
- Underground island platform between two tracks
- Platform 1: toward Nihombashi and Nishi-Magome
- Platform 2: toward Oshiage (through trains continue onward from there)

History
- Opened on July 1, 1932, as a station on the Sōbu Line
- The subway portion opened on December 4, 1960
- In 1985, a bombing incident occurred in the area, but the Toei Asakusa Line underground platforms were not affected
