Megan Huff (born April 17, 1996) is an American basketball forward from Federal Way, Washington. She is 6 ft 3 in tall and went to Todd Beamer High School. Huff played college basketball at the University of Hawaii (2014–2015) and the University of Utah (2016–2019).

As a two-sport athlete at Hawaii, she joined both the volleyball and basketball teams in 2013 with the goal of becoming a pro volleyball player. She earned Rookie of the Year honors in both sports. In basketball she won the Big West Sixth Player of the Year in 2014 and again in 2015, and she led the team in double-doubles and blocks. She transferred to Utah in 2016, where she started regularly and scored over 1,000 points, earning All-Pac-12 first-team honors in 2018 and 2019.

Huff was drafted by the New York Liberty with the 26th overall pick in the 2019 WNBA draft, but did not make the regular-season roster. She played for TTT Riga in Latvia during the 2019–20 season. In 2020 she briefly joined the Connecticut Sun for training camp but was waived. She signed with the Minnesota Lynx in June 2020 and made her WNBA debut on July 28. She was waived later that month to make room for Odyssey Sims, and in August she signed with the Las Vegas Aces, but was waived again on August 17.
