Guy Cloutier (born February 11, 1940, in Chicoutimi, Quebec) is a Canadian music producer and talent manager who helped bring reality TV to Quebec. He started Productions Guy Cloutier in 1969 and helped launch the singing career of René Simard. He produced Loft Story, a Quebec reality show, and Taillefer & filles, a cooking show with Claudette and Marie-Josée Taillefer.

He has two daughters, Stéphanie Cloutier and Véronique Cloutier. Stéphanie is married to former NHL goalie Jose Theodore.

In December 2004, Cloutier was sentenced to 42 months in prison after pleading guilty to multiple charges, including sexual assault, indecent exposure, and sex with a minor. He served 19 months. It was later revealed that one of the victims was Nathalie Simard, who was under contract with him. He also pleaded guilty to indecent exposure involving another minor, for which he received a 16-month sentence.

His company, Productions Guy Cloutier, became Novem Communications in October 2004 when control passed to his daughter Véronique. In October 2009, Véronique sold her shares to Francois Ferland.
