The Mary Lee Davis House is a historic home at 410 Cowles Street in Fairbanks, Alaska. Now known as the Alaska Heritage House, it operates as a bed and breakfast. The 1 1/2‑story Craftsman-style bungalow sits at the northeast corner of Cowles Street and 5th Avenue in a residential area.

Its exact construction date isn’t certain, but it was probably finished by 1916, and some believe work began as early as 1906. It is widely recognized as Fairbanks’s oldest occupied residence. The unfinished house was bought by writer Mary Lee Davis and her husband, who completed it and added distinctive touches, including the city’s first residential coal heating system. After a period with the Fairbanks Exploration Company and several owners, it was converted into a bed and breakfast. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 30, 1982, and is also recorded by the Alaska Heritage Resources Survey (designated in November 1978). The property covers about 0.2 acres.
