Simone Leathead is a Canadian high diver from Montreal. She was born on April 22, 2003, and began high diving in February 2022 after training in diving at 3m and 10m. Her coach is Stéphane Lapointe.

In December 2022, she competed at the first-ever junior high diving world championships in Montreal and won gold in the 15m event.

In 2023, Leathead finished fourth at the World Aquatics Championships in high diving (312.40 points). She made her Red Bull Cliff Diving debut in Paris as a wildcard and finished sixth. She also competed in Japan and Auckland in the Red Bull series, finishing 10th overall and earning a spot as a permanent diver for 2024.

In 2024, she placed seventh in the women's 20-metre high diving at the World Aquatics Championships. She had strong Red Bull Cliff Diving results, finishing third in Athens and ending the series third overall after a silver in the final stop in Sydney. At the first World Aquatics High Diving World Cup event of 2024 in Bahrain, she finished second, narrowly behind Molly Carlson.

In 2025, Leathead won the silver medal in the women's high diving event at the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore.
