Marsupostrongylus longilarvatus is a lung-worm, a parasitic roundworm that infects marsupials. It belongs to the Angiostrongylidae family. The species was first described in 1979 by D. M. Spratt after it was found in a swamp wallaby in New South Wales, Australia.
