Maropati (Calabrian: Maropàtri; Greek: Monopation) is a small municipality in the Calabria region of Italy, in the Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria. It is located about 70 kilometers southwest of Catanzaro and about 50 kilometers northeast of Reggio Calabria.

The town covers 10.3 square kilometers and sits at an elevation of 239 meters. As of December 31, 2004, it had a population of 1,655 people, who are known as Maropatesi. The municipality includes the subdivision of Tritanti and borders Anoia, Feroleto della Chiesa, Galatro, and Giffone. The postal code is 89020 and the telephone area code is 0966.
