Marlo Mortel, born Jhann Marlowe Galman Pamintuan on January 4, 1993, in Muntinlupa, Philippines, is a Filipino singer, songwriter, musician, actor, host, and producer. He studied at San Beda College Alabang.

Marlo started in show business in 2009 as a contestant on StarStruck and later appeared on Walang Tulugan. In Tween Hearts (2010) he played Uno. His big break came after he joined The X Factor Philippines in 2012, and he then starred as Nicolo Angelo Cortez in Be Careful with My Heart, which led to a popular on-screen team-up with Janella Salvador. He later played Gabriel Luna in Oh My G!, and appeared in Maalaala Mo Kaya. He also competed on The Singing Bee in 2014.

In 2015, Marlo formed the boy group Harana with Joseph Marco, Bryan Santos, and Michael Pangilinan, releasing the single Number One. In 2016, he and Janella Salvador performed Mananatili, a top entry in Himig Handog. In 2019, he joined Tawag ng Tanghalan. In 2020, he released Racing Waters, a song about mental health awareness, and Bones with Evelyn Cormier. He acted in Suarez: The Healing Priest for the Metro Manila Film Festival. In 2021, he released the debut single Mahina and another song Bituin under PolyEast Records.

Marlo also runs a business called Ornstal (Oriental Stones and Crystals), selling bracelets and necklaces made of semi-precious stones. His mother, Merlie Pamintuan, died in 2018. He spoke about a mental health crisis in 2020 and has said he plans to study psychology in the future. He is represented by Viva Artists Agency.
