Davit Gochaevich Chakvetadze (born 18 October 1992) is a Greco-Roman wrestler who was born in Kutaisi, Georgia and later began competing for Russia. He moved to Russia in 2013 on the recommendation of coach Gogi Koguashvili and wrestles in the 85 kg division (87 kg in 2020) for MGFSO Moscow. He is 1.75 m tall.

Chakvetadze won the gold medal for Russia at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in the 85 kg Greco-Roman category, defeating Zhan Beleniuk in the final. He also took gold at the 2015 European Games in Baku and earned silver at the 2015 World Cup. In 2020, he won silver in the 87 kg event at the Individual Wrestling World Cup in Belgrade.
