Mali Jadrč is a small village in Croatia, located in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County near Vrbovsko. It is one of two Jadrč villages, the other being Veliki Jadrč, and it sits at the start of a small elevation chain: Mali Jadrč, then Veliki Jadrč, followed by Donji Osojnik and Gornji Osojnik.

The village covers 5.6 square kilometers and sits about 306 meters above sea level. In 2021, 28 people lived there, including 7 under the age of 20. The postal code is 51326 and the area code is +385 051. It observes Central European Time and daylight saving time in summer.

History and notable facts:
- In 1774, lists mention the freemen of Jadrč; records show an older freedmen list for Jadrč that was burned about 50 years earlier.
- Jadrč has year-round spring water, unlike Osojnik, whose water dried up in summer. The villagers milled grain on the Kupa river about an hour away.
- A Črnomelj–Vrbovsko railway line began in 1939 but was halted in 1940 and never finished.
- A water leak in Vrbovsko in 2012 affected Mali Jadrč; the area was hit by the 2014 Dinaric ice storm.
- In 2023, the road into Mali Jadrč was paved.

Administration and services:
- Since 2008, Mali Jadrč has been part of the local committee of Jadrč-Osojnik, which meets in Veliki Jadrč.
- Starting in 2013, the 260-kilometer Goranska biciklistička transverzala (Gorski Kotar Cycling Trail) passes through Mali Jadrč.
- The water storage facility in Gornji Osojnik serves Donji Osojnik, Dražice, Veliki Jadrč and Mali Jadrč.

Historical population notes:
- In 1870 Mali Jadrč had 23 houses and 199 people; in 1890 it had 39 houses and 209 people.
