Maja Apostoloska (born 7 December 1976) is a Macedonian poet, essayist and literary critic. She holds a BA in Comparative Literature from the Blaže Koneski Faculty of Philology in Skopje, where she is pursuing postgraduate studies in Macedonian. She edits the literary magazine Kniževno žitie. Her notable works include poetry collections and essays: "Именувањето" (Naming), "Прекин на комуникацијата" (Communication Breakdown), "Заиграј, веќе, мастилаво!" (Play at Last, Inky!), and "Зад текстовите" (Behind the Texts), a book of literary criticism, essays and studies. Together with Jovica Tasevski-Eternijan, she edited a selection of contemporary Macedonian poetry with biblical, religious and apocryphal elements, published in Stremež magazine (issues 11–12, 2000).
