Lusaka National Museum
Lusaka National Museum is in Lusaka, Zambia. It explores the country's history and culture. In the 1980s, China helped Zambia build a museum about Zambian independence, but when it opened in October 1996 its focus was mainly on cultural history. The museum has two floors: the ground floor covers archaeology and history, while the upper floor houses a contemporary art gallery with sculptures and paintings. The archaeology section shows objects from the Stone Age to modern Zambia, including pottery, tools, and ornaments.
