Long Pine Creek is a 37.14-mile-long (59.77 km) fourth-order tributary of the Niobrara River in Brown and Rock Counties, Nebraska. It was named for the dense pine trees along its banks. The creek rises on the Calamus River divide in the Nebraska Sandhills about four miles north-northeast of Hofeld Lake in Brown County and flows generally north-northeast into Rock County to join the Niobrara River about three miles west-southwest of Riverview.

The Long Pine Creek watershed covers about 437.21 square miles (1,132.4 km2). It receives about 23.0 inches (58 cm) of precipitation per year and is about 3.96% forested. The creek runs through Long Pine State Recreation Area, a 153-acre park.
