Most of Canada’s mountains are in the west, especially in British Columbia and Alberta. In British Columbia you’ll find mountains all over the province, while in Alberta they are mainly along the eastern edge of the Canadian Rockies. The Saint Elias Mountains in the Yukon contain some of Canada’s highest peaks, including Mount Logan at 5,959 metres (19,551 feet).
