List of Catholic dioceses in the Gambia and Sierra Leone

The Catholic Church in The Gambia and Sierra Leone follows the Latin rite. There are no Eastern Catholic communities, no pre-diocesan jurisdictions, and no overlapping territories. Each country does not have its own national bishops’ conference; instead they share a joint Gambia–Sierra Leone Episcopal Conference, based in Freetown. There are no titular sees, and any former jurisdictions have become the current dioceses. There are Apostolic Nunciatures for both countries, but they are administered through the Apostolic Nunciature to Liberia in Monrovia.
