Les Adams (Leslie Ray Adams) is an American lawyer, politician, and judge from Virginia. A Republican, he was born in 1974 in Montgomery County, Virginia. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University in 1996 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond in 1999. He is married to Melanie Evonne Schiefer, and they have two sons; the family lives in Chatham, Virginia. He is a Baptist.

Political career
Adams served in the Virginia House of Delegates from the 16th district from January 2014 to January 2024. After redistricting, he ran for the newly drawn 48th district in 2023 and was unopposed. He served on the Courts of Justice, Privileges and Elections, Commerce and Energy, Science and Technology, Transportation committees. In 2020 he opposed a gun control bill. He also served as vice-chair of the Virginia State Crime Commission and on the Virginia Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission.

Resignation and later role
On December 12, 2023, Adams announced his resignation from the House of Delegates at the end of his term, declining to take the oath that would have followed. In the January 9, 2024 special election, Republican Eric Phillips succeeded him.

Judicial appointment
After leaving the House, Adams was appointed a general district court judge for the 22nd Judicial District, with a six-year term starting February 1, 2024.
