Leeds North West is a UK Parliament constituency in the City of Leeds, West Yorkshire. It covers the northwestern part of Leeds, from Otley in the north to Horsforth in the south, and includes Guiseley, Yeadon and nearby areas. The electorate was about 71,600 in July 2024. The current MP is Katie White of the Labour Party, who won the seat in 2024.

History and boundaries: The seat was created in 1950 as Leeds North-West (the hyphen was dropped in 1955). It has been held by Conservatives (1950–1997), Labour (1997–2005), Liberal Democrats (2005–2017), and Labour again from 2017. In 2024, boundary changes moved some areas in from Pudsey and other parts, and the constituency’s present wards are Adel and Wharfedale, Guiseley and Rawdon, Horsforth, and Otley and Yeadon.

Location context: It lies in the Yorkshire and the Humber region and is part of the City of Leeds. The area has a history of a large student population under previous boundaries and is a mix of professional, middle-to-high-income residents.
