Lac-Normand is an unorganized territory in central Quebec, in the Mauricie region and the Mékinac Regional County Municipality. It covers about 2,020 square kilometers of land and had a tiny population—29 people in 2021. There are no local municipalities or major highways.

Most of Lac-Normand sits within the Saint-Maurice Wildlife Reserve, and Lake Normand is in the northwest part of the reserve. Lake Normand is the largest lake in the reserve.

The territory is named after Lake Normand, a name given in 1916 in honor of Louis-Philippe Normand, a physician and politician who was mayor of Trois-Rivières and the first French-speaking president of the Medical Council of Canada.

Geography and rivers: the area lies in the Laurentian Mountains and features glacially formed terrain. It is drained mainly by the Saint-Maurice River basin, with additional drainage from the Matawin, Wessonneau, Livernois, and Vermillon rivers, and numerous lakes.

Location: Lac-Normand is about 55 kilometers north of Shawinigan and 70 kilometers south of La Tuque.
