Kuzū Station (葛生駅, Kuzū-eki) is a railway station in Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by Tobu Railway and is the terminus of the Tobu Sano Line. The station is 22.1 km from Tatebayashi, the other end of the line. It has one side platform serving a single track.

The station opened on 23 March 1894. A new station building was completed in September 2014. In 2012, Tobu introduced station numbering on all lines, and Kuzū Station was assigned the code TI-39.

In fiscal year 2019, an average of 936 passengers boarded trains at Kuzū Station each day.
