Krisztián Ungváry
Krisztián Ungváry (born 1969) is a Hungarian historian who studies 20th‑century politics and wars. He has written about the siege of Budapest in World War II. He is the son of Rudolf Ungváry, who worked at the National Széchényi Library, and journalist Éva Monspart. He finished high school in Budapest, studied German and History at Eötvös Loránd University, spent time studying in Germany in 1993, and graduated in 1995. He was a founding member of the Hungarian Boy Scout Association in 1988. His interests include 20th‑century political and military history, and he owns a private vineyard where he makes wine.
