Kota Yamada
Kota Yamada (Yamada Kōta), born July 10, 1999, in Kanagawa, Japan, is a midfielder who plays for Yokohama FC in the J1 League. He is 1.72 meters tall and wears number 76.
Youth and early career
- Came through Yokohama F. Marinos’ youth system (2015–2017).
- Promoted to the first team for the 2018 season.
- Made his J1 debut on April 28, 2018, against Kashima Antlers and scored his first league goal on July 22, 2018, versus FC Tokyo.
- Extended his contract for the 2019 season.

- 2019: loan to Nagoya Grampus (no appearances).
- 2020: loan to Mito HollyHock (35 appearances, 3 goals).
- 2021: loan to Montedio Yamagata (42 appearances, 8 goals).
