Korhan Öztürk (born 28 June 1981) is a Turkish former football midfielder. He was born in Bornova, Turkey, and spent his career playing for several Turkish clubs. He began at Gençlerbirliği (2002–2004), with a loan to A. Sebatspor (2003–2004). He then played for Karşıyaka (2004–2005), Elazığspor (2005–2008), and Antalyaspor (2008–2010), where he made 52 league appearances and scored 3 goals. Later clubs included Kasımpaşa (2010–2011), Göztepe (2011–2012), Altay (2013), Çankırıspor (2014), Tokatspor (2014), Tarsus İdman Yurdu (2015), and Sökespor (2015–2016).
