Kordhocë

Kordhocë is a small village in Gjirokastër County, southern Albania. In 2015 it became part of the municipality of Gjirokastër.

Geography
Kordhocë lies on the slope of Mali i Gjerë, just outside the town of Gjirokastër. The village is known for the Kordhocë bridge.

Population
The people are Muslim Albanians. They speak the Tosk (Tösk) dialect of Albanian.

Economy
Most residents work in agriculture, especially animal farming. The area is known for its dairy products.
