Kjersti Fløttum (born 12 July 1953) is a Norwegian linguist and professor of French language at the University of Bergen. After working at Stavanger University College, she joined the University of Bergen in 1995. She has served as vice rector for international relations and led the Bergen Summer Research School from 2007 to 2011. Fløttum is also the vice-consul for France in Bergen and has been active in the Rafto Foundation.
