Kingsmen Hyderabad
Kingsmen Hyderabad is a new Pakistani Twenty20 cricket team that will play in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Based in Hyderabad, Sindh, the franchise was created when the PSL expanded from six to eight teams for the 2026 season.
The team is owned by the FKS consortium, which won the franchise rights in a PCB auction on January 8, 2026 for PKR 1.75 billion per year. The consortium is led by Fawad Sarwar, who also owns Kingsmen Sports and Enterprise and the Chicago Kingsmen in the USA Minor League Cricket.
Home ground: Niaz Stadium, Hyderabad, with a capacity of 15,000.
Debut: Kingsmen Hyderabad will compete in PSL 11 (the 2026 season), scheduled from March 23 to May 3, 2026. This season marks the league’s first eight-team edition.
Background: In December 2025, the PCB announced the league’s expansion and invited bids. Ten bidders qualified, with six candidate cities shortlisted: Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad, Faisalabad, and Rawalpindi. The auction confirmed Hyderabad and Sialkot as new franchises, with Hyderabad winning the bid.
