Kimball McCullocoupe
Kimball McCulloCoupe is a one-off American homebuilt airplane designed by Kevin Kimball. It was built around the Clipwing 110 Special Monocoupe and follows the racing Monocoupe lineage that began with the Velie Monocoupe and evolved through the Monocoupe 110, a racer with clipped wings. A larger version called Mister Mulligan inspired Mullicoupe replicas, which used Pratt & Whitney R-985 Wasp Junior engines.
The McCulloCoupe uses a Vedeneyev M14P radial engine, with design elements developed for the Pitts Model 12. Construction began in 2000, and the first flight was on March 1, 2004. It has side-by-side seating, a high wing, conventional landing gear, and wings covered with plywood.
