Kilchrenan
Kilchrenan (Scottish Gaelic: Cill Chrèanain) is a small village in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. It sits about 1 mile inland from Loch Awe, near the end of the B845 road. The village is part of the Avich and Kilchrenan Community Council area. In the churchyard at Kilchrenan you can see the tomb of Colin More Campbell of Lochawe, who died at the Battle of Red Ford in 1294. The tomb is an old, narrow one with sculpture that has become worn over time.
