Kiara Parker (born October 28, 1996) is an American track and field sprinter who competes in short-distance events and relays. She won a bronze medal for the United States in the 4×100 meters relay at the 2019 World Athletics Championships in Doha. She also ran in the 4×100 meters relay at the 2018 NACAC Championships in Toronto.

Parker grew up in Waldorf, Maryland, where she had an undefeated senior season at Westlake High School. She then attended the University of Arkansas, where she competed in indoor and outdoor sprints and earned eight All-American honors. She holds Razorbacks school records in the 100 meters (11.02 seconds) and the 60 meters (7.15 seconds) as of 2019. She is sponsored by Asics.
