Kharis Ralph (born April 22, 1992) is a Canadian former ice dancer who competed with Asher Hill. They were the 2008 Canadian national junior champions and won bronze at the 2011 Nebelhorn Trophy. Born in Washington, D.C., Ralph moved to Canada as a child; her mother is from the Philippines. She studied history at the University of Toronto. Ralph began skating in 1998 and started ice dancing a year later, teaming with Hill in 2002. They won the Canadian pre-novice title in 2006 and the novice title in 2007. They debuted on the ISU Junior Grand Prix in 2007–08, winning the Canadian junior title in 2008 and finishing 8th at the World Junior Championships. In 2008–09 they earned two silver medals on the JGP circuit and placed 5th at Worlds; in 2009–10 they earned two more silvers and were 4th at the Canadian Championships. They placed 6th at the 2010 Four Continents. In 2011–12 they won bronze at the Nebelhorn Trophy, finished 4th at Canadians, and placed 13th at Worlds. Ralph retired from competition on May 12, 2014.
