Khandwa Junction railway station is located in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, India. It is part of Indian Railways, in the Central Railway zone, Bhusawal division. The station code is KNW. It sits at an elevation of about 310 metres and has 6 platforms and 12 tracks. Parking is available, but there are no bicycle facilities.

Khandwa Junction lies on two main routes: the Howrah–Prayagraj–Mumbai line (via Jabalpur–Bhusaval) and the Akola–Ratlam line. The station opened in 1866, when the Bhusawal–Khandwa section of the Great Indian Peninsula Railway began operations. The Harda–Khandwa–Bhusaval sector was electrified in 1991–92. The station is functioning and serves passengers on these routes.
