Ken Preston (October 19, 1917 – August 2, 1991) was a Canadian football player, coach and executive. He played quarterback and halfback, wore number 44, and was 6 feet tall and 185 pounds. Born in Smiths Falls, Ontario, he played college football at Queen's University.

Playing career:
- 1940: Saskatchewan Roughriders
- 1941–1942: Winnipeg Blue Bombers
- 1943: Saskatchewan Roughriders
- 1945: Ottawa Rough Riders
- 1946–1948: Saskatchewan Roughriders

Coaching:
- 1946–1947: Saskatchewan Roughriders (head coach)

Executive career:
- 1958–1978: Saskatchewan Roughriders general manager
- Grey Cup championships: 1941 (as a player) and 1966 (as GM)
- From 1962 through his retirement in 1979, the Roughriders made the playoffs every year

Honors:
- Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame, 1980
- Canadian Football Hall of Fame, 1990
- Roughriders Plaza of Honour, 1987

Death: Died August 2, 1991, in Regina, Saskatchewan.
