Gorkovskoye (Russian: Горьковское) is an urban locality in Omsk Oblast, Russia. It is the administrative center of Gorkovsky District, located about 75 kilometers northeast of Omsk. Founded in 1776, it sits at about 111 meters above sea level.

Population: 5,369 (2010 census); 5,713 (2002 census); 6,020 (1989 census). The 2023 estimate is 4,784, a decline from earlier years.
