Kayıp Armağan

The story blends real historical events with fiction. In the plot, the Japanese Emperor Meiji asks Torajiro Yamada to bring a gift to the Ottoman Emperor Abdülhamid II, symbolizing the first cultural contact between the two cultures. After a long voyage, Torajiro’s ship reaches the Aegean Sea, but pirates steal the gift. On Ottoman soil, the Janissary Orhan and the samurai Yamada set off on a bloody quest to recover it.
