Kate Scott, born Kate Giles in Manchester on 8 September 1981, is an English sports broadcaster for CBS Sports. She is best known for football and has anchored CBS’s UEFA Champions League coverage since August 2020.

She grew up in Manchester, attending Christ the King School and Withington Girls’ School. At 17 she moved to Spain, learned Spanish, and earned a European languages degree from the University of Salford plus translation studies at the University of Málaga. She has Guyanese heritage from her maternal grandmother. Her broadcasting career began at Deutsche Welle in 2005, followed by roles at CNN, Sky Sports in Germany and the UK, and Fox Sports in the United States, covering football and boxing and hosting major events like the Ballon d’Or and Laureus awards.

In 2020 she joined CBS Sports as the first hire to present UEFA Champions League Today, a show that received wide praise. In June 2023 she signed a four-year exclusive contract with CBS Sports.

Personal life: her father is Tom Giles, a Manchester United fan. She was married to Ramtin Abdo from 2010 to 2016. In 2023 she began a relationship with former boxer Malik Scott, and they married in September 2024.
