Karlene Vivienne Haughton (born 18 October 1972) is a retired track and field athlete who specialized in the 400 metres hurdles. She was born in Bethany, Saint Ann, Jamaica, and began competing for Jamaica before changing allegiance to Canada in 1998. Her personal best in the 400m hurdles is 55.11 seconds, set in 1997. She competed for Canada at the Commonwealth Games: Kuala Lumpur 1998 (400m hurdles and 4x400m relay) and Manchester 2002 (400m hurdles). She trained with the Phoenix Track Club in Scarborough, Ontario.
