Jung Seok-Hwa (Korean: 정석화; born 17 May 1991) is a South Korean footballer who plays as a winger for Cheonan City FC. He is known for his speed and dribbling, often playing on the wing but capable in several midfield roles.

Career highlights:
- Started his pro career with Busan IPark, signing in December 2012. He became a regular in 2013 and scored his first goal for the club on 4 May 2014 against Gyeongnam. In 2016 he had 10 assists, tying for the league lead, and earned seven weekly Best XI selections.
- Moved to Gangwon FC in 2018 and was a regular in his first season, though an injury in 2019 cut his year short. He made 55 appearances and scored 2 goals for Gangwon.
- Later played for Seongnam FC (2021–2022) and FC Anyang (2022).
- Since 2023, he has been with Cheonan City FC, with 53 appearances as of January 2026.
International career:
- Played for South Korea U-23 in 2012, earning 6 caps and scoring 3 goals.
