Juillan is a small town (a commune) in southwest France, in the Hautes-Pyrénées department of the Occitania region. It lies just north of Tarbes and is part of the Tarbes arrondissement and the Ossun canton, within the Tarbes-Lourdes-Pyrénées intercommunalité.

The town covers 18.2 square kilometers. In 2023, 3,999 people lived there, giving a density of about 490 inhabitants per square kilometer. The elevation ranges from 309 to 437 meters, averaging around 342 meters.

The postal code is 65290 and the INSEE code is 65235. The mayor for 2020–2026 is Fabrice Sayous.

Air Méditerranée has its head office on the site of Tarbes–Lourdes–Pyrénées Airport, which is located in Juillan.
