Mash (Modern American Steak House) is a Danish chain of high-end steakhouses based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

History
- The first Mash opened on Bredgade in Copenhagen in 2009.
- In 2012, Mash opened a restaurant in London’s Soho, in a Crown Estates building.
- The London restaurant earned praise, including a comment from The Daily Telegraph in 2013 calling Mash a hit in the city’s steakhouse scene, and Mash won Restaurant of the Year at the 2013 London Lifestyle Awards. It closed in 2019.
- Mash opened its first German location in Hamburg in August 2015.

Ownership
- Mash is owned by Copenhagen Concepts, which also runs Le Sommelier and Umami.
- CEO: Jesper Boelskifte. Other owners include Mikkel Glahn and Erik Gemal.
- Founding partner Francis Cardenau sold his share in 2017.
