Joydeep Mukherjee (born 5 February 1967) is an Indian former cricketer who played for Bengal. Born in Calcutta, he was a right-handed batsman and occasional right-arm off-break bowler. He played for Bengal and East Zone from the 1987/88 season to the 1994/95 season. In first-class cricket, he appeared in 13 matches, scoring 508 runs with an average of 46.18 and a top score of 79, including four fifties. He also played 6 List A matches, scoring 25 runs. He took 9 first-class wickets, with best figures of 3/31.

After retiring, Mukherjee moved into coaching and cricket administration. He was the cricket manager for the Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL in 2008 and stayed with the franchise’s coaching staff through 2015. By February 2016 he was the Bengal fielding coach, head coach of Bengal’s under-25 team, and an assistant coach of the senior Bengal team. In 2018 he became Director of Cricket Operations for the Cricket Association of Bengal, after previously coaching Bengal age-group teams. In IPL 2023 he was appointed Team Manager of Delhi Capitals. He also works as a television commentator. He is the son of Dilip Mukherjee, a renowned Bengali actor and director.
