BSN (Broadcasting System of Niigata) is a public broadcasting company in Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture, Japan. It operates both radio and television stations and is part of BSN Media Holdings.

Radio BSN Radio uses the JODR call sign and broadcasts on 1116 kHz AM and 92.7 MHz FM in Niigata Prefecture. It offers talk and sports programs in Japanese and is affiliated with the Japan Radio Network (JRN) and the National Radio Network (NRN). Regular broadcasts began on December 24, 1952, after test transmissions on December 5; the RNK building was damaged by the Niigata fire on October 1, 1955.

TV BSN Television is affiliated with the Japan News Network (JNN). It broadcasts as JODR-TV and started on December 25, 1958 on VHF channel 5. Digital broadcasting began in 2006, and analog broadcasting ended on July 24, 2011. Current digital channel is 17 with virtual channel 6.

Ownership and history: BSN was founded on October 14, 1952, as Radio Niigata Co. Ltd. It later became Broadcasting System of Niigata Inc. In 2023, it became a subsidiary of BSN Media Holdings. The headquarters are in Kawashicho, Chūō-ku, Niigata City.

BSN serves Niigata Prefecture, providing local radio and television services through its BSN Radio and BSN Television brands.
