Joseph S. Clark Sr. High School was a high school in Tremé, New Orleans, Louisiana. It opened in 1947 as the first high school south of Canal Street to educate Black students in New Orleans. The school was named for Joseph S. Clark, the first president of Southern University in Baton Rouge. The Rebirth Brass Band was formed at the high school in 1983. The school closed in 2019 and was operated by the charter organization FirstLine Schools at that time.
