Iosif Iosifovich Kuzmin (Russian: Иосиф Иосифович Кузьмин; 19 May 1910 – 12 January 1996) was a Soviet-Russian statesman. He held two top government posts in the late 1950s under Nikita Khrushchev: First Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers (1957–1958) and head of Gosplan, the State Planning Committee (1957–1959).

Born in Astrakhan, he joined the Communist Party in 1930. Kuzmin received several awards, including the Order of Lenin, the Order of the Patriotic War (1st class), the Order of the Red Star, and the Order of the Badge of Honour. He passed away in Moscow in 1996 at the age of 85.
