Jordan Isaiah Howard (born January 6, 1996) is an American-Puerto Rican basketball player who currently plays as a point guard for Hangzhou Jingwei in China's NBL. He is 5'11" tall and weighs 180 pounds. Howard grew up in Chandler, Arizona, and went to Perry High School. He played college basketball at Central Arkansas from 2014 to 2018, where he became a standout, earning Southland Player of the Year in 2018, three straight First-Team All-Southland selections (2016–2018), and finishing with more than 2,000 career points. He is the Southland Conference’s all-time leader in 3-pointers.

Howard went undrafted in 2018 and started his pro career in the NBA G League with the Texas Legends and later Raptors 905. He then played overseas for several teams, including Goyang Orion Orions (Korea), Brujos de Guayama (Puerto Rico), Mexico City Capitanes, SIG Strasbourg (France), Napoli Basket (Italy), Monbus Obradoiro (Spain), Osos de Manatí (Puerto Rico), and Ningbo Rockets (China), before joining Hangzhou Jingwei.

Internationally, he represents Puerto Rico and played in qualifiers for the 2023 FIBA World Cup and the 2024 Paris Olympics. Howard comes from a basketball family: his brother Markus Howard plays for Saski Baskonia, and his father Chuck Howard played college football at Indiana. He got engaged to his girlfriend Tay in June 2024.
