John Stefanowicz (born September 20, 1991) is an American Greco-Roman wrestler who competes at 87 kg. Born in Baltimore and raised in Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania, he wrestles for the U.S. Marine Corps and holds the rank of Gunnery Sergeant, becoming the first Marine on the U.S. Olympic wrestling team since 1992.

Stefanowicz won the Olympic Trials at 87 kg to qualify for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics (held in 2021). In the finals he defeated Joe Rau in a controversial match. He competed in the men's 87 kg Greco-Roman event at the Olympics and finished 12th.

In 2023, he earned a bronze medal at the CISM Military World Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan. He is also a two-time gold medalist at the Pan American Wrestling Championships.

After the Olympics, Stefanowicz moved to Annapolis, Maryland, where he served as a combative instructor and military representative coach for the U.S. Naval Academy wrestling team.
