John Evans, 5th Baron Carbery (1738 – 4 March 1807) was an Irish nobleman who was known as Hon. John Evans until 1804. He was the second son of George Evans, 2nd Baron Carbery, and his wife Frances. On 15 April 1759 he married Emilia Crowe (died 6 January 1806); she was his first cousin once removed, the daughter of his father's aunt Emilia. They had four children. John Evans died on 4 March 1807 without surviving male issue, and the title passed to his first cousin once removed, Sir John Evans-Freke, 2nd Baronet.
